Oregon Association Of Process Servers Founded in 1980 The Oregon Association of Process Servers (OAPS) was founded in 1980. In the fall of 1981, OAPS held its First Annual Conference. At this conference officers were elected and various committees were formed. Our database of Oregon Process Servers is a collection of the most outstanding individuals in the industry and is used as a reference guide by numerous law firms and individuals seeking to have legal documents served. The OAPS Membership Directory is also published once a year for distribution to OAPS members.
